Come and knock on our door…
We officially began work on the guest room today and the first step was busting out the mirrors that covered half of the room. A recent poll revealed that our friends and family would have preferred staying in the scary blue velvet room over this one because the mirrors weirded them out.
We long ago deduced that the former owners of this home were strange daylight haters, going to great lengths to keep the sunlight out. Today we had a chance to undo some of the madness, uncovering a window that had been drywalled over.
