We bought a house... An old house. Here's the story. |
Today is the 5th.
It is the third closing date that we have agreed to. We’ve waited for the 5th for weeks, knowing that once we officially have the keys (we’ve unofficially had them for awhile) this part of the madness would be behind us.
The first two closing dates fell through after a storm of urgent emails and addendums. We are literally at a point where our addendums have addendums… seriously. So we were warned earlier in the week that the closing may not happen today. It didn’t. But we haven’t received a new one yet, so for now there’s just more waiting…
We’ve given our landlord 30 day notice so the coutdown is on.
We’ll see…
